The Arbori, Keepers of the Forest by emilySculpts The Arbori, Keepers of the Forest by emilySculpts
If you watch me on any of my social media channels, you've probably seen images of these guys floating around.  Though I do not yet have these available for purchase online, I wanted to introduce The Arbori here on deviantArt.  This is just the beginning of my new line of plant creatures, stemming from the tree dragon series I did years back.  This first series is loosely based off those original sculptures, only now in bonsai form!

The initial run of Arbori completely sold out at Monsterpalooza and I am currently prepping more for Maker Faire in May.  Though we just finished casting for this show, the molds have degraded and need to be remade.  I unfortunately will not have the time and funds to do this until after the show.  When I return from Maker Faire, I will be taking a few weeks to dedicate towards building new molds and creating Arbori stock.

Right now, I am anticipating the Arbori to be available in my shop in early June.  I thank you all ever so kindly for your patience.  This is by far the highest demand I have ever gotten from any of my sculptures, and I am doing my best to keep up during this busy season.  I have so much in store for you, though!  I just finished up prototypes for Betula and Acer, the birch and maple variants of this line.  When I release online in June, you will be able to choose from the four variants, Sakura, Quercus, Betula, and Acer (Cherry Blossom, Oak, Birch and Maple).  Quercus is currently the “plain” variant but will be decorated with moss and mushrooms in the final version.

For now, please enjoy some of these amazing promo shots that my husband and photographer took last weekend.  I am also happy to introduce the Arbori logo, designed by the amazing Emma Lazauski (emla)

Thank you again for your support.  This is only the beginning.  I can’t wait to travel this journey with you all and show you everything I have planned.
